Terms and Conditions for Life Insurance Coverage

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of life insurance coverage by Duperrier Financial Services, a licensed life insurance provider, to its policyholders By purchasing a life insurance policy from Duperrier Financial Services, Policyholders agree to adhere to these Terms.

Policyholder: An individual who has entered into a life insurance contract with Duperrier Financial Services. Insured: The person whose life is insured under the policy.

Beneficiary: The person or entity designated by the Policyholder to receive the benefits payable upon the death of the Insured. Coverage and Benefits
Duperrier Financial Services agrees to provide life insurance coverage as specified in the policy contract issued to the Policyholder.

Benefits payable under the policy are contingent upon the fulfillment of all policy terms, including premium payments and compliance with policy conditions. Premium Payments Policyholders are required to pay premiums as outlined in the policy contract. Failure to pay premiums may result in policy lapsation or other consequences as specified in the policy. Duperrier Financial Services's approval claims Process Upon the death of the Insured, the Beneficiary must notify Duperrier Financial Services promptly and provide necessary documentation to process the claim. Claims will be processed in accordance with the terms of the policy contract and applicable law.

Termination: The policy may be terminated upon the death of the Insured, upon policy surrender by the Policyholder, or for other reasons as specified in the policy contract.

Policyholder Responsibilities: Policyholders are responsible for providing accurate information during the application process and throughout the policy term.
